Itinerary:

Day 1:
|
Arrive in Kathmandu.
Receive and transfer to hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2:
|
Kathamndu
AM: Kathmandu City Tour. PM: visit workshop and get the Motorcycle allocated and then set out for familiarization ride around the Ring Road. Evening, Briefing on Tibet Motorcycle Tour followed by welcome dinner. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3:
|
Kathmandu - Kodari (The Last Resort)
Around 10:00am, ride to Dhulikhel for lunch and then continue on to The Last Resort. Dinner and overnight at the Last Resort.

Day 4:
|
Kodari - Zangmu - Nyalam (3900m.)153 kms.
Drive to Zangmu Nepal - Tibet border). After immigration formality continue ride to Nyalam.
Lunch at Zangmu, dinner & overnight at the Guest House in Nyalam.

Day 5:
|
Nyalam
Rest day in Nyalam for acclimatization. Breakfast, lunch, dinenr & overnight at Guest House.

Day 6:
|
Nyalam - Xegar (4350m.)244 kms.
We ride crossing over Nyalam Pass (3800m.) & Lalung La (5050m.) to Xegar. Enroute the views of the HImalayas including Mt. Everest are breathtaking.
Lunch in Tingri, dinner & overnight at the Guest House in Xegar.

Day 7:
|
Xegar - Shighatse (3900m.)
Crossing over Gyatchu La (5220m.) we arrive at Lhatse for lunch. Continue ride to Shighatse, the second largest town in Tibet at 3800m.
Dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day 8:
|
Shigatse - Yamdrok Lake (Nagartse) 210 kms. via Gyantse 120 kms.
Visiting of Khumbum Stupa, Pelkhor Chode Monastery and others and having lunch in Gyantse we proceed to Nagartse. Overlooking views of Yamdrok Lake from Simi La (4200m.) & Karo La (5010m.) are excellent.
Dinner & overnight at Nagartse.

Day 9:

Lake Yamdrok (Nagartse) - Lhasa ( 3650m) 161kms.
Crossing over Khamha La (4794m.) we enter to the vicinity of Lhasa City.
Lunch enroute, dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day 10:
|
Lhasa Tour
Sightseeing tour in Lhasa City including Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple & Borkhor Bazaar (market place).
Lunch enroute during sightseeing, dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day 11:
|
Lhasa Tour
Sightseeing tour in Lhasa City including Derpung Monastery (8kms away from Lhasa) & Sera Monastery.
Lunch enroute during sightseeing, dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day 12:
|
Lhasa - Shigatse
Drive to Shigatse via the bank of Yalung Tsangpo River. Shigatse is renowned for Tashilhunpo Monastery founded in 1447 by Gendun Drup, the first Dalai Lama.
Lunch enroute, dinner& overnight at hotel.

Day 13:
|
Shigatse - Xegar
After sightseeing tour in Shighatse we set out for Xegar crossing over Gyatchu La at 5220m.
Lunch enroute, dinner & overnight at Guest House.

Day 14:
|
Xegar - Rongbuk Monastery
We ride from Xegar to Rongbuk Monastery.
Lunch enroute, dinner & overnight at Guest House.

Day 15:
|
Rongbuk Monastery
AM: Excursion to Everest Base Camp. After having lunch at EBC, we retrace back to Rongbuk Monastery. Afternoon, at leasure.
Dinner & overnight at Guest House.

Day 16:
|
Rongbuk Monastery - Tingri (4250m.) - Nyalam 200 kms.
Avery long day ride crossing back over Lalung La & Thong La we set back to Nyalam.
LUnch enroute, dinner & overnight at Guest House.

Day 17:
|
Nyalam - Zhangmu - Kathmandu
Drive 30 kms. steep downhill to Zhangmu and and after completing border formalities further 8 kms. down to Kodari. Crossing the Friendship Bridge, complete Nepal cusoms and immigration formalities we drive 128 kms back to Kathmandu.
Check the Motorcycles at the Workshop and then you will be transferred to the hotel.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 18:
|
Kathmandu
Free day for independent sightseeing tour/shopping. Evening, farewell dinner at a typical Nepalese restaurant with culture dance show.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 19:
|
Departure.
Final Departure. Transfer to airport for onward flight.
