World class bungy jumping, Nepal
Bungy in Nepal probably the most spectacular jump on this globe. This longest free-fall at 160 meters high in a tropical gorge raging below with one of the world's wildest rivers, the Bhote Kosi.
Bungy Nepal takes place on a 166 meter wide steel suspension bridge. Swiss designed specially for bungy jumping with a 4x safety factor, the bridge has a loading factor of 250 kg per running meter.
Experience the Bungy or Canyon Swing and then enjoy the serenity of the area and then you can run the Bhote Kosi River; the steepest river rafted in Nepal. Alternatively you can go Canyoning on the second day instead of rafting.
Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrive in Kathmandu:
Upon arrival, receive and transfer to hotel. Evening, traditional Nepali welcome dinner. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 2:
Kathmandu:
Kathmandu City tour – including tours of Old Durbar Square, Swoyambhunath Stupa & Patan City. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3:
Kathmandu – The Last Resort:
Drive to The Last Resort, 150km, takes about 4 hours. Check-in at the resort and after lunch at leisure. Overnight at resort.
Day 4:
The Last Resort:
Morning breakfast. Bungy jumping and after lunch short hike to nearby villages or up to the friendship bridge (Nepal/Tibet boarder). Overnight at resort.
Day 5:
The Last Resort - Kathamndu:
Transfer to raft put-in point and raft down to Bhote Kosi River. After 3/4 hours raft (depending on season), we drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6:
Kathmandu - Nagarkot:
Drive to Nagarkot via sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur. Overnight at hotel.
Day 7:
Nagarkot - Kathamndu:
Drive back to Kathmandu. Balance day free for independent tour/shopping. Evening, farewell dinner. Overnight at hotel.
Day 8:
Departure Kathmandu: Transfer to airport for final departure.
