This tour begins with the flight crossing over Himalayas to Lhasa. After spending 3 days to visit the lure of Lhasa, the most fascinating capital city of the roof of the World dominated by the awe-inspiring grandeur of the Potala Palace, we head riding on 4WD Land cruisers following the Friendship Highway through some of the most amazing landscape on Earth and staying in the best traditional hotels Tibet has to offer. We will cross the spectacular Khumbi-La Pass, separated Tibetan settlements, nomadic herdsmen wandering across the wide arid plains, array of prayer flags, glaciers, snow covered mountain ranges - the scenery is incredible!
The forts and well-protected monasteries of Gyantse, Shigatse and Sakya reveal a not always peaceful history - the riches within, evidence to past glory.

Day 01:
Day 01: KATHMANDU - LHASA (3650m).
The 1 hr. 10 minutes, TRANS HIMALAYAN FLIGHT to Lhasa, considered as one of the most beautiful flight in the world takes you over Kanchenjunga (8536m ) and Everest (8848m). Upon arrival in Lhasa, transfer will be provided to your hotel. O/nt at Hotel.
Day 02 / 03:
LHASA SIGHTSEEING TOUR.
Visit The Potala & Norbulinka Palace, Drepung & Sera Monastery, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Bazaar. O/nts at Hotel in Lhasa.
Day 04:
LHASA GYANTSE (3900m) 259 Km.
Drive to Gyantse crossing over 2 mountain passes visiting Lake Yamdrok - Tso Lake enroute. O/nt at Hotel Gyantse.
Day 05:
GYANTSE SHIGATSE (3900m) 90 Km.
AM: Visit the Khumbhum Stupa & Phalkor Monastery.
PM: Drive to Shigatse. Sightseeing tour of The Tashilunpo Monastery & the free Tibetan market. O/nt at Hotel Gyanchen.
Day 06:
SHIGATSE XEGAR (4350m) 244 Km.
Drive approximately 8 hours to Xegar. O/nt at Hotel Quomolangma.
Day 07:
XEGAR ZHANGMU (2300m) 244 Km.
Drive to Zhangmu crossing Lalungla Pass (5050m) and Nyalamu Pass (3800m). This drive offers fantastic view of high mountains including Mt. Everest (8848m). O/nt at Hotel Zhangmu
Day 08:
ZHANGMU KATHMANDU (1300m) 123Km.
Drive downhill to friendship Bridge where transportation awaits for the Groups journey to Kathmandu.
