Trekking is probably the best way to explore Nepal and the entire Himalayan region. A trekking course follows the paths from village to village; thus one comes in direct contact with the simple lifestyle of highlander people, their unique lifestyle, fabulous culture and getting touch with dramatically diversified landscape creating breathtaking sceneries – all of them are the thrills of trekking.
Vertical adventures is specialized to provide trekking packages in Nepal and the entire Himalayan Region - from the Northern Himalayan ranges of India to the far Eastern Himalayan range, Bhutan. There is no age limit - you can undertake any one of our customized trekking tours, only you need to be physically fit. However, some of our tours are tougher than others, though to make it easy for you to choose according to our confident below are the grading to help you out.
Easy to Moderate
3 to 6 hours walking a day; accommodation in lodge or tent depending on the area; high altitude exceeds 3000 meters; previous trekking experience not necessary but require physically fit.
Moderate to Strenuous
4 to 7+ hours walking a day; accommodation lodge or tent depending on trekking area; height altitude accedes 5000 meters; Involves some high altitude passes; Previous trekking experience needed.
Strenuous to Extreme 
4 to 8+ hours walking a day; accommodation mainly in tent/lodge wherever available; height altitude accedes 6000 meters; Involves some high altitude passes and summits; Climbing equipment such as rope, ice-axe and crampons may be necessary; Previous trekking experience and basic climbing knowledge required.
